Shrimp Tofu Cheese Sauce


This time Kitchen Magic will share recipes Indonesian with the name Shrimp Tofu Cheese Sauce. materials needed :


ingredients:
2 pieces of tofu / tofu / tofu japan
200 grams of peeled shrimp

sauce:
1 tablespoon margarine or butter
1/2 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp flour
500 ml milk
salt and pepper to taste
3 tbsp thick rim
50 grams of cheddar cheese, grated

topping:
1 tomato, dispose of the contents, diced and chopped parsley

How to make:
Cut out 2 parts melear, bake until browned, remove from heat.
Sauce: heat the margarine or butter and saute the onion and garlic until wilted, enter the shrimp and stir. Enter the flour, stir well, put the milk, salt, and pepper and stir well. Once thickened and boiling, put the cream, stir well, add the cheese, stir well, remove from heat.
