Acid Spicy Chicken Recipe

Bored with fried chicken? kooked sour chicken with spicy seasoning. Tamarind gives a fresh flavor to this chicken. Additional chili to make it more challenging. Savory!

ingredients:

1 whole chicken, cut into 8 pieces
50 g tamarind chutney, round
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
5 red onions, sliced
3 cloves garlic, sliced
2 large red chilies, seeded and thinly sliced
10 pieces of red chili
2 cm galangal, crushed
1 bay leaf
750 ml of water
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tsp salt
How to Make:

Wash chicken and drain until dry.
Acid burn on hot coals until slightly dry.
Saute onion and garlic until wilted.
Enter the chilli, stir until wilted.
Add ginger and bay leaves, stirring until wilted.
Pour the water, bring to a boil.
Add chicken, tamarind chutney, soy sauce, pepper and salt.
Cook over low heat until the chicken is tender and sauce is low.
Remove and serve warm.
Serving for 6 servings.
